We are looking for "Field Service Engineers" for company in Ankara.

Responsibilities:
• To make service check, inspection, maintenance and repair, installation and commissioning visits according check lists and technical documents to make the machines work properly,
• To make planned visits to customers under service contract as requested by his/her own manager,
• To prepare necessary reports for service jobs to be presented to customers and his/her managers.
• To share the knowledge and experiences gained with global and local trainings with colleagues and customers,
• To perform the permanent and/or specific duties given by his/her superiors within the scope of the relevant legislation and company procedures,
• Actively seek customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction and deliver value to the customer.

Requirements:
• University degree in Mechanical / Electric – Electronics Engineering from reputable universities like METU, ITU, Boğaziçi, Gazi, Hacettepe, Yıldız Teknik, etc.
• 2-3 years experience as a Service or After-sales Engineer,
• Fluent user of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Very good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing, German as a third language will be an advantage,
• B Driving Licence,
• No restriction for often travelling 80 % of time both domestic and internationally,
• Know How in pneumatics, mechanical (for Mechanical Engineers),
• Know How in electric and electronics components, software and automation (for Electric – Electronics Engineers),
• Customer focused and able to create customer oriented solutions,
• Practical Intelligence to find Technical solutions for customer’s problems.
• Support and act together with cross functions in customer communication.
• Be aware of representing the company,
• Having high personal values like self dicipline, loyalty, reliability, honesty, honour, stability, business-private life balance, specializing, empathy, negotiation, analythical thinking, flexibility,
